SALESPERSON LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Must finish a minimum of (3) courses
You must pay an enrollment fee of $240 for our correspondence course.
The registration will last for one year and consist of:
  • 2 Mandatory Courses: Real Estate Principles and Real Estate Practices
  • 1 Elective Course: Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Economics, Property Management, or Escrows
  • Course textbooks
  • Certificate
  • There is also an optional master examination preparation book for $70
Upon completion of the course after 8 weeks, a certificate will be issued after an open book test.
Salesperson DRE exam application requires Certificate / Application.
The student must pass 3 exams of 100 question with a minimum score of 70% to obtain a certificate.
The salesperson DRE license exam requires a minimum of 70% or more correct answers out of 150 questions.

BROKER LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old
  • Must have at least 2 years full-time licensed salesperson experience within the last 5 years
For the correspondence Broker Course:
  • 8 courses: Real Estate Practice / Legal Aspects of Real Estate / Real Estate Appraisal / Real Estate Finance / Real Estate Economics / Real Estate Principles / Property Management / Escrows
  • Each course is $80; a total of 8 courses are $640
  • Each course is 45 hours
  • A total of 8 courses must be completed
  • The broker DRE license exam requires a minimum of 75% or more correct answers out of 200 questions.
